Here is a brief follow up to my recent post on mineral makeup.
If you love mineral makeup, go to: http://everydayminerals.com.
Sometimes, when I have received free samples, I am a bit disappointed by the small amount I am given. Many samples will barely allow me a single use. However, this is not the case with Everyday Minerals’ samples! Their samples were generous portions and arrived quickly.
Everyday Minerals’ samples let you choose 5 different items from their line: (1) three items from their foundation samples, (2) one blush sample, and (3) one concealer. They have a wonderful variety of shades and formulas. I love that they offer four different types of finishes or formulas of their foundations: semi-matte, matte, intensive, and original glo. They also have a beauty 411 page to assist you in picking the shades and formulas that will best match your personal needs.
I am putting their samples to the test this week, and I will report on Thursday how they faired. If their products are as good as their website and service, I’m sure I’ll be very impressed. Come back for the low down.
Soon to be reviewed: Mineral Loose Powder Foundation from LooseLipsNY.
Sherry Backman at http://Looselipsny.com contacted me after she read my post on their wonderful Pumpkin Peel. She asked if I would be interested in trying their mineral foundation as well. Heck yeah, I would!

Both Sherry and Robin will be interviewing noteworthy NY makeup artist Stacie Simmons, creator of: http://mybeautifulplace.com on a pod cast, this Friday, September 28 at 1:30pm (EST), 11:30am (MST).
Sherry and Robin are amazingly down to earth and funny! They will be discussing the latest fall trends in makeup and skincare with Stacie. You can call in with your questions at 646-716-8862. You won’t want to miss this, and if you do, you can always download the podcast afterwards.
I am slowly seeing the light on mineral makeup. So much makeup, so little time!
