I have a few hereditary "creases" around my mouth and they make me crazy! They made me crazy when I was a child (and future makeup/skin care addict). I recently read in a beauty magazine that Frownies are wonderful, but I wanted to research them before purchasing (money is tight around here right now, as my husband's public school teaching contract/raise won't go into effect until September and I earn about $1.00/hour at a Catholic prep academy--okay, I'm exaggerating but I'm not there for the money). I'm buying them. Thanks, as I'm not going to feel bad about it any longer.

That was a freaky dream. As much as I am tempted to try botox for my crevasse (have had one since my early 20's), I am thrilled to find a pretty dang effective and safe alternative to it.

My dad mentioned that you probably could use a postage stamp for the same effect, and it might be cheaper! Happy birthday Dad!

I had a dream about Botox last night! This weird scientist guy came at me in a glass elevator, and just shoved the needle between my eyes. I was shocked and appalled, and it leaken down into my left eye, and my face got all saggy. Then, all the sudden, cause it was a dream and all, my face was normal and radiant again. I was worried about the waxy look thing. Dreams... weird.

Anyhoo... I want to try these things, because I HATE the crevasse... Down with crevasses!

Frownies are brilliant and a "believe-it-or-not" effective product. They have to be used consistently over several weeks, but they really work! I have to give Mo the credit for discovering them, and many thanks Mo for the fabulous post!

Don't you dare eat those beets Marilyn!

I don't know, paper patches or botulism...hmmmm.....a difficult call. I've NEVER understood the attraction of botox injections. Show me one person who looks better afterwards and I'll eat my contaminated home-canned beets from 1975. Way to go, Jen! Great find!
