Fried Green Wednesdays aren’t the same without a post from Mo. In her honor, today I am sharing some “Mo Eye Art!” Here is her description:
I have decided to name this one “Flight of the Bumblebee“. See, waaaay too much free time! Whatever keeps me out of trouble I suppose. This is my Lancome duo that I ordered from overseas off eBay, never released in the US. Yes, I have a serious cosmetics problem….
If you have watched the movie “The Happening,” the topic of CCD, or Colony Collapse Disorder in our Honeybee population was brought up by the main character who is a high school teacher (played by Mark Wahlberg) in his biology class. Albert Einstein made the statement, ”If honey bees become extinct, human society will follow in four years.” CCD, or Colony Collapase Disorder is not a dreamed up movie plot; it is actually happening. And several organizations (including beauty blogs) are spreading the word and investing in research to solve the puzzle.
And another way to save the bees is to try Haagen-Dazs newest premium ice cream flavor: vanilla honey bee ice cream! This ice cream is vanilla with a touch of golden honey. Haagen-Dazs is also funding research to protect disappearing honey bee populations.
Don’t worry, bee happy! Sorry, couldn’t resist with another bee pun.

Thanks MBB, you are a dah-ling! Anything we can do to get these bees and the wide spread issue noticed is a good thing in my book.
I haven’t seen The Happening yet, since the Shamalan (spelling?) movies are usually not my cup of tea, but you have me curious about this one. I saw Unbreakable and Sixth Sense and both left me like- Uh. Ok. don’t get me wrong, I understood them, but I guess I don’t understand the producer; which is unfortunate because his trailers and movies always make me want to see them.
And I love Marky Mark. Now that’s a yummy honey! (Sorry, couldn’t resist adding yet another bee pun in there too!)
Oh, and I love Mo’s eye look! She is amazing on pulling together looks that aren’t in most women’s repertoires!

About the movie, Marky Mark (dreamy) is one of the only redeeming aspects of this film, the rest is pretty gross. If you didn’t like the other movies, you probably won’t like this one either.
