To start off, I love this lipstick container.  Classic black, streamlined and functional.  The lid has a slight magnetic pull to keep it on securely.  How smart is that!? 

The lipstick formula is smooth, moisturizing, offers true color that has pretty decent staying power.  Everything that I want from a lipstick.

The shade I sampled is named Fleur De Lis -  a very soft pink with some added prismatic shine.  It reminds me of a shade I wore religiously through high school (L’Oreal’s lipstick in PALE), but not as frosty, and slightly more sophisticated.   It’s a very feminine and playful shade, and could easily be layered over a darker color.

While wearing this lipstick I remembered a conversation in which Mo and I discussed tattoo art, and we both think that unicorns would most likely be the most cliché (and slightly silly) symbol to have permanently fried onto your body.

However, if I ever do get a tattoo, I might just consider a unicorn and possibly a rainbow simply because it is so unoriginal!
