Ok, so I’m a girl who’s never had a professional manicure or pedicure. I’ve never used any press on nail kits before, either. But when the lovely Jen of Mythbuster Beauty sent me an Express On Toenails kit, I kept an open mind and gave them a try!
The nails were a bit long for my taste, but otherwise looked very nice, like a french manicure. Application was easy, as I just picked out nails that matched my natural nail size, and pressed the nails in place. I didn’t have problems finding my sizes, as mine aren’t the biggest or smallest nails around.
Because the glue is already on the back of the nail, you can line the nail up carefully and then press it down. If, for whatever reason, you don’t like the placement, you can adjust it if you remove it and then place it back on your toe nail.
If you long for well-kept toe nails with a perfect french manicure in a snap, this is definitely the way to go! It will take you all of 5 minutes to put the nails on. And it’s very easy, even for a beginner like me.

As pretty as they look, toenails that long give me the willies. I don’t think I could use them, just because of that…
They were really long for me too! I had to trim them afterwards. I think I must just have small nail beds.
I wonder how they “wear.” I can imagine kicking my toe on something and having one of the nails go flying. Fortunately, I know how to paint on my own French pedicure so it wouldn’t be an issue for me. IMO, I think they would probably be best for an evening out but not for extended wear.
That CRACKS me up…….press-ons for yo’toes? tee-hee
they look like little nuns!
haha – yep, they kind of do!
I am wearing some right now, and I have been getting compliments on my feet all day long! I have resolved to get them removed professionally though
I may have them to press them on to so that I can avoid the glue getting stuck on my fingers and hands.
