If you cannot stand the thought of "taking it to the head" as Sean suggests, you can ingest coconut oil capsules. At work several of us are taking daily coconut oil directly or in capsule form. One of my co-workers is having a lot of health issues and we are hoping this will help her. I'll be sure to follow up with our experiences!
