Lately, between my daily mommy & work responsibilities (and taking on a new Pilates class), by evening my neck, back and hips are screaming, “Uncle!” And unfortunately, as bedtime approaches I find myself having a difficult time winding down. Here are some simple (and cheap) ways to de-stress and relax before bedtime that do not require medication.
Jen’s PM Unwind Check List:
Badger Beauteous Box & Three Bold Balms ($16.50) – This set contains one Sore Muscle Rub (0.75 fl. oz.), Healing Balm (0.75 fl. oz.), and Sleep Balm (0.75 fl. oz.). A perfect way to sample the Badger line by getting three fantabulous balms in very fun tins. No fleas, stink, or badger hair involved, guaranteed!
Go ahead, add to the list of ways to unwind, favorite ice cream flavors (wild cherry gelato), and other evening beauty indulgences!

I love a hot bubble bath with soothing scents and candles to unwind. A glass of something sparkling isn’t bad, either.
I love the badger balms they also make a great sunblock. And have a great score on goodguid.com.
Thanks DD and Daya! So fun to hear from both of you.
Hey Jen, I’ve been wondering about their Sore Muscle Rub cause you know, all my “issues”. Did it help loosen knots, soreness and stuff?
I’m ready to try anything at this point (-runs off to make Epsom Salt bath for her feet…-).
Hi Jami! I love the warm gingery smell of their Sore Muscle Rub. I think you would love it!
You had me at “gingery”!!
Badger is one of my favorite companies. Their sunscreen is rated #1 on the Environmental Working Group’s list of most effective and safe sunscreens! I’ve also had the opportunity to sample some of their other balms and t hey are just as good as the sunscreen. It was nice to see them getting some attention in your post. Thanks.
